Digital X-Ray

X-ray Walk-Ins Welcome!

An X-ray exam is a type of imaging test that uses a small amount of radiation to take pictures of the inside of your body. X-rays are one of the quickest, most useful, and frequently utilized imaging studies. During the exam, you'll be asked to hold still while a special machine takes pictures of the part of your body that your doctor wants to see. The X-ray machine sends a beam of radiation through your body, which is absorbed differently by your bones, organs, and other tissues. This creates an image that can help your doctor see inside your body and detect any issues that may be present.

X-rays are often used to diagnose broken bones, check for signs of infections or diseases, and monitor the progress of certain conditions. The exam itself is quick and painless, and the radiation exposure is typically very low. Your doctor will use the results of your X-ray to help diagnose any problems and determine the best course of treatment for you.
